Dariusz Górnicki, legal advisor,
in 1982 graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. From 1982 until 1984, he served a court traineeship in the district of the Voivodship Court in Bialystok. During the years 1984-1991, he worked at courts in Warsaw, initially as a trainee, then associate judge and finally District Court Judge, also being transferred to pass verdicts at the Voivodship Court. He held the position of the Chairperson of the Division. Since 1991, he has practised as a legal advisor, with entry on the list of legal advisors held by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw, and has run a law firm.
He is a member of the supervisory boards of capital companies;
Dariusz Górnicki specialises in commercial, business, banking and civil law. He is also a specialist in law of bills of exchange. He has many years' experience in dealing with franchise agreements. He has run many leading court cases and arbitration proceedings. He advises capital companies in complicated transformations and investment transactions. He is an excellent negotiator.

Monika Durowicz - legal advisor
In 1997 graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. She wrote her master's thesis under the supervision of Prof. Tadeusz Ereciński in the field of civil law procedure. Since 2000, she has been a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors, where she completed her legal training in 2004.
Monika Durowicz specialises in providing legal assistance in the field of public procurement, business and commercial law. Her passion is medical law, complex commercial transactions and ownership relations in commercial companies. Successfully graduated from Postgraduate Studies in Medical Law at the University of Warsaw.
She has many years' experience providing day-to-day legal support for business entities from various industries, including FMCG, banking and insurance, tourism, construction, electronics, IT, publishing and advertising.
She is an outstanding and experienced specialist in matters of legal procedure. She represents clients before all types of courts in civil and commercial cases, including registration in the National Court Register and before the National Chamber of Appeal.

Ewa Badowska-Domagała, legal advisor,
graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Since 2004, she has been a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. She has completed postgraduate studies in Tax and Tax Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw and she is currently preparing a PhD dissertation in the field of Polish and EU rules on packaging waste. Member of European Environmental Law Forum.
Ewa Badowska-Domagała specialises in environmental protection law, labour law and construction law. She supports entrepreneurs? HR departments in employment restructuring and their relations with trade unions. She introduces arrangements with regard to employment organisation in companies. She advises clients on construction investments including complex installations in the field of waste management. She also represents clients in administrative proceedings in the field of construction law, public imposts and environmental protection law.
She publishes articles and is also fond of conducting workshops and training courses in environmental protection law and labour law for entrepreneurs as well as public institutions.
