DEMATERIALIZATION OF SHARES - CHANGE OF DEADLINE TERMS

Step one:
resolution of the general assembly on the selection of the entity keeping the register of shareholders
no later than 30th September 2020
Step two:
conclusion of an agreement for keeping the register of shareholders with a specific brokerage office:
no later than 30th September 2020
Step three:
call for shareholders to submit their share certificates to the company
it is necessary to perform 5 calls to submit the share certificates;
the time intervals between calls cannot be shorter than two weeks and longer than one month;
the first call should be made immediately after adoption of a resolution (Step one)
the first call should be made by 30th September 2020;
the last call should be made by the company by 30th January 2021.
The binding force of the paper share certificates will expire on 1 March 2021.
From that moment the share certificates drawn up on paper retain only evidentiary value against the company.
A shareholder who does not submit his share certificates to the company, as a result of which his shares will not be included in the register of shareholders, loses his member rights as of 1 March 2026.
